• Follow call scripts to explain products and services clearly
• Highlight the value and benefits of both platforms
• Walk customers through the onboarding process step-by-step
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally
• Record call outcomes and update CRM systems
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
