Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Ensenada, BCN. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing order processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, and quickly addressing client inquiries or issues. The Account Manager will also work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improve operational efficiency in meeting customer demands.

Qualifications Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account maintenance Strong organizational skills with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and timely order execution Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain operations, printing processes & sewing is a plus Ability to work on-site in Ensenada, BCN, and adapt to a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
