    Who We’re Looking For: Fluent in English and Spanish (near-native English required); Strong verbal communication skills; Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems); Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented; Call center experience is a plus, but not required; Valid Mexican documentation is required
