We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Bilingual Phone Agent with a minimum English proficiency level of C2. Candidates should possess solid computer skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken interactions. Previous experience is not required, although it will be considered an advantage. We are looking for responsible, dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a professional environment. As part of our training support, we provide complimentary lunch during the first week of training.
