Job Type: Permanent / Full-time position on-site | Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) | Typing skills 35+ WPM | Proven experience in customer service | Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher) | Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities (critical thinking and problem-solving skills) | Experience in medical accounts is a plus, but not required | Employment Type: On-site at the Zventus Center of Excellence | Location: Ensenada, B.C. - Candidates who are not in this location will be rejected | Please submit your CV in English
