Key Responsibilities: Schedule appointments for the delivery of the orders. Coordinate the delivery of the orders with carriers and warehouse. Create the documentation and carton labels required for shipping. Follow up with carrier regarding shipment status. Collaborate with Customer Service, to ensure logistics systems align with business goals. Qualifications Required: Must be able to collaborate closely with teams in MX and USA Bilingual Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import and Export, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in logistics, import and export, or a related function preferred. Advanced Excel Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. EDI, or Import and Export. Hands-on experience with major WMS and TMS platforms Experience with EDI interfaces and shipping requirements for major national retail chains
