Centro de Conferencias de Rancho San Juan is the operator of a conference center south of Ensenada 30 km west of St. Tomas near the coast. It consists of 90 rooms and various meeting facilities. It has 58 employees and welcomes guests from many parts of the world to attend conferences. It is self-sufficient in many areas, including electricity with a solar energy system and also most of the food.

    Main responsibilities: -Flight planning, booking and purchasing. -Hotel reservations at airports. -Administrative management to update the database of international guests. -Planning and organization of transportation for international guests. -Troubleshooting and customer service during the travel route in connection with flight changes. Or any inconvenience that may arise. Skills required: -English language proficiency (70-80 %). -Computer skills -Good social and communication skills in both Spanish and English -Ability to work under pressure -Problem solving skills -Good at teamwork -Flexibility in working hours
