Production Coordinator Qualifications: Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree Work experience in the textile industry (preferred) Microsoft Office management (excel) The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and Account Manager on their team managing retailer/ distributor orders from start to finish. They will work closely under the Project Manager(s) and Account Manager’s guidance to assist with key tasks such as item setup, entering orders, prepping packing and trims templates as well as sending out production samples. This job requires the ideal candidate to be a strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is considered an entry level position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for order entry and confirming all details are correct for each order Submitting item setup requests and creating and organizing folders for all new orders as they are sent in by the sales teams Prepare various customer-specific templates for orders including but not limited to packing instructions, price tickets and carton labels Retrieve production samples from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment to buyers and sales teams which includes creating packing slips and FedEx labels and updating the sample tracker Handle various other data entry and tasks specific to the customer(s) you are working with Great communication skills Overall proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives Responsible for making sure that data on the Excel based WIP is up to date and all tasks are done within the proper timeline
